I went to buy outfit for daughters wedding.The shop was recommended. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wide selection of clothes and amazing options to choose from. I don't think I have seen such a great selection under the one roof.The prices excellent and the serve was outstanding. Despite that this shop is p1.5 hrs away I will defo be shopping there again. In particular Elaine stands out and Brenda. I needed alteration and they sorted everything. Thankyou ladies for such an amazing experience .
Stumbled across Cilento’s website by pure chance whilst searching for a certain Veni Infantino mother of the bide dress and how lucky was I… they had the dress I had been searching for and in my size. I was delighted but nervous as I had never heard of Cilento Designer Wear in Ireland before and living in the UK could not visit the store. I went ahead with the purchase and my experience was great. Communication was excellent, and when I sent an email with regards to delivery timescale, as I purchased New Year’s Eve, the reply was above and beyond. A lovely lady actually phoned me to advise when the courier would be collecting my parcel from them to deliver to me. Customer service was fantastic and my beautiful dress arrived, well packaged and on the day they stated it would. I would highly recommend the Cilento Designer Wear and would not hesitate in purchasing from them again. Wonderful service and fabulous staff! Thank you. 5🌟
Horrible people to deal with. Continued to ring & ring looking for a payment that I disputed as they wouldn't refund in the 1st place. Not one apology. I was at a funeral trying to use my phone for music and asked them to stop calling, and they still contiuned to phone.. stay clear.
As a returning customer I am disgusted and disappointed in the service I have received at your store this afternoon. My mum and myself were in looking at mother of the bride dresses and we were handed a pair of filthy gloves each to put on. As no other customers in the shop were walking around with gloves on we are extremely upset and insulted as this behaviour. We felt uncomfortable in the store due to this situation and as we have never experienced this feeling while shopping in far more luxury brands over the world.
Was very nervous going out to look for the 'mother of the groom' outfit but the wonderful staff of Cilento put me totally at ease and made the experience great. Caroline was wonderful.... she brought me a range of styles to see what suited …
Visited cilento today as I am going to be mother of the bride next year. When we went in first thing we were asked to do was put on gloves before touching the clothes which was fair enough but to be followed around constantly by the young girl was just so off putting. Were asked when is the wedding, where is the wedding, what were you thinking of wearing, what colour are you thinking, blush pink would be nice.... this was all after being told we were only looking to see what was available because we don't the bridesmaids colour yet. Very off putting and when the time does come to buy my outfit I'll be going somewhere else for it
Lovely experience and really nice staff, I bought my outfit for my son's wedding in April of this year, for his June wedding, and I couldn't fault anything from the shop itself to the staff and outfit.

Poor customer service , ordered a pair of flips flops size 9.5 , as you can see by attached picture they way oversized , yes they are marked up as a 9.5 , but look like a size 12 , didn’t want to help when I phoned , now I’m £8-£10 out of pocket as I have to pay return postage
All the girls in Cilento especially Elaine was so helpful in helping my mum choose her mother of the bride outfit at the weekend. Advised us to sign up for a loyalty card so as to avail of a discount. Very reasonably priced in comparison to other stores. Would highly recommend
